OpenLI 1.120 Released

OpenLI collectors can now accept VXLAN-encapsulated traffic. The VXLAN outer layer of encapsulation will be stripped and the inner packet intercepted normally.

OpenLI can be configured to only use PQC algorithms on systems where OpenSSL 3.5 is available.

There are also significant performance improvements in the mediator.
